Web's Studio One Signs IAMS as Sponsor

Web content syndicator Studio One Networks has signed on pet nutrition-purveyor Iams as the exclusive sponsor of two pet-themed content offerings: The Dog Daily and The Daily Cat.
Studio One, which syndicates sponsored editorial packages across a variety of Web properties, relaunched both TThe Dog Daily and The Daily Cat on Sept. 25 with fresh content. The two dog- and cat-owner-aimed editorial offerings now appear on a network of niche pet-care sites, along with 16 CBS affiliate Web sites - including the local CBS site for the New York market. In total, both Web programs reach 8 million unique users per month, according to Studio One.
Content for the two weekly programs is service-oriented in nature, including a mix of columns penned by pet care experts and video clips covering pet training. Both The Dog Daily and The Daily Cat are edited by pet care expert and radio personality Jennifer Viegas, a former ABC News science/animal reporter and Animal Planet Web producer.
