STUDIO ONE NETWORKS NAMES TWO EXECUTIVES TO KEY POSITIONS

NEW YORK, Feb., 15th, 2006 - Jerry Miko and Mitch Turner have joined Studio One Networks as Senior Sales Executive and Operations Manager, respectively. Studio One Networks is the leading creator and syndicator of original programming for the Internet.

Miko has been President of EM2, a privately held New York business specializing in sales and marketing services to television, motion picture and new media companies. Prior to that, Miko was an Account Executive/Marketing Planner with the Paradigm Agency in Beverly Hills. Paradigm is the packager of such successful television programs as Desperate Housewives, 24 and Rescue Me. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and lives in New York.

Turner recently served as an advertising representative for The Onion newspaper, where he managed accounts in the New York theatre and entertainment community. He has also worked as an assistant at Scott Rudin Productions and Creative Artists Agency. He is responsible for all day-to-day activities of Studio One. He is a graduate of Stanford University and lives in New York.
